Emily Edelman (b. 1990) is an artist and designer working in Brooklyn. Drawing on a background in typography and the design of physical spaces, Emily’s work pushes the definition of communication and text as art objects. Her work has been shown internationally with Art Blocks, Bright Moments, Verse Works, the VERSEverse, Artsy, Vertical Crypto Art, and VellumLA. Edelman, who holds a BFA from RISD in Graphic Design, curated the recent New York artists-based show On Water and is the co-founder of Token Art, an art and tech unconference. Her first long-form generative series was Asemica, released on Art Blocks and curated in November 2021.
